- tercero. de la Sentencia T-762 de 2013 en lo relativo al nombre de la agente oficiosa el cual quedara asi:
- "
- TERCERO. ORDENAR al Hospital Simon Bolivar exonerar del pago del saldo insoluto de la obligacion contenida en el pagare firmado por la Senora NUBIA CECILIA PERDOMO RANGEL como respaldo de los servicios medicos realizados a su hijo en dicho Hospital"
- Contra el presente auto no procede recurso alguno.
